(your best estimate) Green and Gold CLINICS TENTATIVE -- scheduled as a "golf camp" from 9am- noon on these three days in April: Tuesday 17th, Wednesday 19th and Thursday 19th, followed by G&G Tournament on Friday 20th. Confirmation will come from Pro Shop.
TEAM MATCH AVAILABILITY
Please check the boxes for all the dates you are available to play in team matches. (Leave boxes blank for dates you are unavailable) Once we have the eligibility list from WGAP (sometime after March 10th), you will receive notice from the team captain to review/confirm your planned participation.
We always use our subs, so we would love to have you join us. This is not binding -- so please check availability if it's a yes or a maybe. Thanks! (Please check all that apply!) If it's a maybe, please explain/indicate that "maybe" in the comments box below!

Please use this form to submit your interest in participating in team events as well as your availability for team matches. This is not a commitment, but will help us to plan for this season. Once we have the WGAP eligibility list, we will send out tentative team line-ups. CHECK BOXES where you plan to participate or are available.

*To be eligible to participate in team matches, you must register and pay your annual dues of $65 to the Women’s Golf Association of Philadelphia by Wednesday, March 7th. You may do all the paperwork on the WGAP website Click the MEMBERSHIP link where you can print out a new copy of the form to mail in with your check, or you may handle it online. (see note below on online process)
Paying your 2012 dues on the WGAP Website:
Go online to the website at WGAPGOLF.org. Click on Membership. You can either print out the application and mail it in, or you can pay online. When you click PAY ONLINE, it will take you to a log in screen. The Log In is your GHIN number and the password until you change it is wgap2010.
If you have ever used the WGAP site to register for an event, your information should all be there. Click save changes and then it will take you to the payment page, where you can enter either a VISA or MC charge number to pay the $65. There was no application to fill out -- just credit card information. When you enter it all, you get a receipt number and a page you can print out. DUE BY MARCH7 to be eligible for team matches this year!
